My name's Yolanda, a young adult taking steps through my twenties, and like many young women, sometimes I'm leaping and dancing my way through with high spirits and caution cast to the wind, and some steps are made slightly more tentatively and with nervous self-awareness. That's just living though, right? It's rarely linear, but we move!

You could say I'm an experienced student, having spent the last three years in the most wonderful town on the South Coast of the UK, with one intermission year in London: an extra step into independence and out of my comfort zone that for-sure saw some chiselling experiences.

Subjects like casual clubbing outfits, Girl-gang Getaway ideas, miracle moisturisers for radiant skin, and quick and easy recipes (mostly health-certified, it's a balancing act right?) are as favourable here as tips to alleviating anxiety, dealing with overwhelm and stress, and helpful advice for transitions.
